COVID-19 Translations

It’s essential that people are able to access COVID-19 information in a language and format that they understand. In January 2020, TWB began working with the World Health Organization (WHO) to translate key content related to COVID-19. Since then, thanks to the support of our community of over 30,000 linguists, TWB has rapidly expanded our language services and support for partners working on five continents. The data below updates every day to visualize our COVID-19-related translations.

To meet the unprecedented demands of the COVID-19 pandemic, TWB has launched the COVID-19 Community Translation Program. We are providing community organizations with free and open access to TWB's online translation environment so they can connect and collaborate directly with the TWB community of linguists. Click here to find out more.

The project is partly funded by the H2H Fund, a funding mechanism for H2H Network members. The fund is a rapid funding vehicle for network members responding to humanitarian crises.
